Fees

You do not require a referral to come to the clinic, private patients may be able to swipe their health fund card through our HICAPS machine for a rebate. Rebates are individual to your health fund and level of cover, should you wish to know how much you will be able to claim back simply contact your health fund and quote the following codes and fees.

Consultation fees:

  • Initial consult - $110 (HICAPS code 004)

  • Subsequent consult - $85 (HICAPS code 014)

  • Biomechanical assessment - $85 (HICAPS code 118)

  • Taking scans of the feet - $15 x2 (HICAPS code 301 x2)

Orthotic fees:

  • Custom made - $310 x2  (HICAPS code 221 x2)

  • Pre-made or Over the counter - $150 - $280 (HICAPS code 240)

Medicare fees:

(to be eligible you must have a EPC care plan and referral from your GP and not have used up your allocation of 5 visits per year, usually a chronic medical condition is required to be eligible)

  • Consultations are $75 and we will submit a Medicare claim directly for you. Medicare will pay the rebate into your bank account directly (as of July 2024 this is currently $63.05, however this may vary)

Home visits
